I’m Dominic Luzi, the Principal of Management Alchemy and its Chief Answer Grape. Management Alchemy has carried that name since 1991; it began in 1987 as The Synergy Group.

More than forty years of this work has taught me one durable thing: the answer is almost always already in the organization. What is missing is the mechanism to reach it.

What clients get from me is the ability to see through things, get to the core issues, and address them without hedging from a political point of view. I tell people what they need to hear, not necessarily what they want to hear.

I’m passionate about turning companies into something more. Outside observers call it “polishing the diamond”: taking something rough but full of potential and transforming it into a sustainable, profitable gem that shines for the long haul.
